We, at Welch Land Development, take projects from initial acquisition and approvals through infrastructure and construction management, maintaining a steady, investor-focused approach at every stage.

Josh has been in the real estate and land development industry for over 15 years . He has been a leader in land acquisition and real estate development throughout Central Texas. His extensive experience includes entitling residential and commercial investment properties through the total process of acquisition, project entitlement, project management, and final sale. Through his career of employment and running his own business Josh has lead the entitlement of single-family development projects that cumulatively exceed 6,000 residential lots, over 100 acres of multifamily property, and over 40 acres of commercial property. He has a Master of Business and Administration (2014) from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor with an emphasis in accounting and completed the practicum titled “Residential Subdivision Development Costs: A Predictive Model”. His undergraduate study was also at the University of Mary Hardin Baylor. He was very active in college affairs, where he quarterbacked the football team for 4 years (leading the Cru to their first national championship contest), made the Provost Honor Roll multiple semesters, served on multiple student leadership committees, and graduated with a Bachelor of Business and Administration degree in accounting.
